JEFFERSON WINS PLACE ON WORLD’S FIRST MASTERS IN PANTO

Jefferson will be joining Staffordshire University later this month having won a place on their post-graduate masters programme dedicated to the art of pantomime.

Backed by some of the biggest names in the industry, including the UK's leading pantomime producers, the industry’s first year-long MA in Contemporary Pantomime Practice offers specialised research and practical study of the much-loved British institution. Developed in association with Wilkes Academy of Performing Arts, the emphasis of the MA is strongly vocational, providing formal industry training and careers networking through placements and work experience - and to say that Jefferson is excited is an understatement.

“I cannot wait to begin my specialised training with Staffordshire University. Pantomime is an incredibly important part of British culture which brings people together every year and is loved by audiences of all ages. It has always played a big part in my life growing up and I am so looking forward to exploring this on a deeper level alongside my professional career as a performer”.
